Preparation time: 1 to 5 business days.

  1. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary according to product type and destination:

International shipping: 7 to 25 business days
Domestic shipping: 3 to 12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as strikes, weather conditions, customs inspections, exceptional events, etc.

  1. Tracking

All orders include a tracking code sent by email within up to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  1. Imported Products

Some items are shipped directly from our international suppliers.

If customs duties are charged, ZALENDORA covers all costs as long as the customer provides official proof of the charge.

  1. Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a new shipping fee will be required.
